Thank you for taking a look at this offering!
A little about my reading style
I consider myself a tarot guide. I use the cards as a tool to help seekers gain clarity, insight, and a vision for the future.
I am not a fortune teller. I won't tell you what's going to happen or what you should do.
My tarot readings are a collaborative event. Expect me to ask you questions and assign homework. A tarot reading alone won't make much difference in your life, but taking action afterwards will.
Tarot is a very versatile tool. Here are just a few examples of situations in which tarot can offer support and guidance, to give you an idea:
- I'm going through a big transition and I'm not sure what to do next.
- I would like to have more meaningful friendships in my life. What should I do?
- I've been feeling unmotivated in my work. How can I feel inspired and focused again?
- I'm not sure whether I should move or stay.
- I'd like to increase my self-confidence.
- I want this year to be awesome! What can I do to make it so?
How it works
When you're ready to go ahead with a tarot consultation, send me a quick email. I'll reply with a couple of questions to help me plan our consultation, and options for an appointment time and payment information.
I'll prepare the layout or spread for our reading before we meet so that we can make the best use of our time together.
During our reading, we'll talk. We'll work together to uncover the themes, lessons, and advice in the cards you pull. Expect to gain greater clarity about the forces at work in your life and to discover options and personal strengths you may have not considered.
There will be homework, but don't worry, you'll be the one deciding what it is.
A word about ethics
I welcome all kind of people to work with me. I am sensitive about and open to discussions of different spiritual beliefs, gender identities, sexualities, and relationships.
Everything we discuss via email and during your consultation and any follow up will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
I don't use the cards to give medical, financial or legal advice. If something you ask is outside what I feel qualified to discuss, I'll let you know kindly.
My main motivation is to do what is in service to your well-being.
A bit about my journey
I started using the cards for myself in 2001 and began writing about tarot and doing professional readings in 2011.
In university I studied social and developmental psychology, education, counselling, and ethical philosophy. I have a BA in Psychology and a BEd in Education. After finishing my education I worked as a behavioural therapist with kids with special needs.
I volunteered for a crisis line for 2 years, and received training in crisis intervention, counselling skills, boundaries and ethics.
Aside from being a tarot consultant, I also write and design Galaxy Tone tarot apps, and co-run a super fun Facebook group, Tarot Nerds.
